What kinds of products do you sell?
We sell premium digital products including Notion templates, Google Sheets tools, AI prompt packs, crash courses (video + PDF), ebooks and guides, Canva design templates, and code starter kits.
How do I download my purchase?
After completing checkout via Stripe, you'll be redirected to a download page with a link to your product. You'll also receive an email with the download link. Links are valid for 72 hours and allow up to 3 downloads.
What formats are available?
Products come in various formats depending on the type: Notion templates (duplicate link), Google Sheets, PDF, Canva templates, video (MP4), ZIP archives for code and multi-file products, and more. The format is listed on every product page.
Do I need an account to purchase?
No. You can checkout as a guest with just your email address. We use Stripe for secure payment processing — no account creation required.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once downloaded. If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days at support@goatedpacks.com and we'll provide a replacement or store credit.
What is a crash course?
Crash courses are compact, fast-paced video courses (typically 1-2 hours) bundled with supporting materials like templates, checklists, and prompt libraries. They're designed to teach you a specific skill quickly with no filler.
Can I use products for commercial purposes?
Yes. All products come with a personal and commercial use license. You can use them in client work, your business, or personal projects. You just can't resell or redistribute the product files themselves.
My download link expired. What do I do?
Download links expire after 72 hours or 3 downloads. If you need a new link, email support@goatedpacks.com with your order confirmation and we'll send a fresh one.
